Effective October 31, 2026. This policy explains what information Get Brilliant Bundles ("we", "us") collects when you visit getbrilliantbundles.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.

What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and the items you bought. Your card details are entered directly into a secure form run by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).
When you contact us: whatever you include in your email or call, and our notes on resolving it.

How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, answer support requests, and handle refunds. To send you occasional emails about new products or offers, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. To measure and improve our advertising and the site itself. To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations such as tax records.

Cookies and advertising
The site uses cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so we can see which ads bring people to the site and whether they complete a purchase. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you under its own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings, through your Meta ad preferences, or by using a browser extension that blocks tracking pixels. The site still works with these blocked.

Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), ClickFunnels (the platform that hosts this site and your order record), the shipping carriers that deliver your package, and the email service that sends your confirmations. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other advertisers for their own use.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for returns, accounting, and tax purposes, generally seven years. Marketing email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing data is kept in aggregate form only.

Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and will never be treated differently for exercising them. To make a request, email support@getbrilliantbundles.com from the address you used at checkout, and we respond within 30 days.

Children
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security
Payments are encrypted and handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. Access to order records is limited to the people who fulfill orders and handle support.

Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Changes that materially affect how we use your information are also announced by email to customers.
