Effective October 31, 2026. This policy applies to every product sold on getbrilliantbundles.com. Every purchase is covered by our 180-day refund guarantee. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, send it back within 180 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.

How to request a refund
Email support@getbrilliantbundles.com or call (925) 276-2862, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific. Include your order number, the email address you used at checkout, and which item you are returning. We reply with the return address and a return reference within one business day.

Returning the item
Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package. Items do not need to be in the original packaging. Who pays return shipping is stated on the offer page you ordered from. If you are unsure, email support@getbrilliantbundles.com before you ship anything and we will confirm it for your order. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we may send you a prepaid return label, or ask for a photo and refund you without a return.

When you get your money back
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received, or after we confirm a damage or defect claim. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders ship within 48 hours. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If the order has already shipped, it falls under the return process above.
