Effective October 31, 2026. These terms apply to getbrilliantbundles.com and every page under that domain (the "Site"), operated by Get Brilliant Bundles of Emeryville, California ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.

2. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, bundle options, and availability can change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is collected at checkout and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added where required by law.

3. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the continental United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation, and tracking is emailed when the package leaves. Delivery dates from carriers are estimates, and we are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of 3 or more units ship free.

4. Returns and refunds

5. Product information
We describe each product as accurately as we can and test what we sell. Colors can look different on different screens, and minor design changes by the manufacturer can occur between batches. Product pages may show customer reviews gathered from third-party retail listings for the same or an equivalent product; they are the opinions of those reviewers.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. All text, images, and branding on the Site belong to us or our licensors.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability
Products are provided as described on their offer pages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
